Return & Refund Policy

At Nutcase Nuts, we're nuts about quality, and your satisfaction is what matters. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Nutcase experience, here’re the ways we can make things right. 

Returns

Nutcase Nuts are roasted and posted fresh, so we can’t accept returns. Roasted nuts are a perishable item, and for health and safety reasons, they cannot be restocked or resold. If you do need to dispose of nuts, please do as you would with any other food waste. 

Refunds

If you receive an incorrect order or your order is damaged in transit, our order is missing, or you simply don’t like Nutcase Nuts, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package, and we will work with you to make things right. Please provide us with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) for our reference. We won’t quibble over spilled nuts.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges on our products. If you'd like to try a different variety of our nuts, we recommend placing a new order.
